How to get there
Agriturismo Santo Stefano is a farmhouse located near Castiglion Fiorentino, in the province of Arezzo, in the very heart of Tuscany amid hills covered with olive groves and vineyards. By car
Both going northbound and southbound, along the A1 motorway “Autostrada del Sole”, exit at Valdichiana. Follow the signs to Cesa and Castiglion Fiorentino. After about 15 km, once arrived in Castiglion Fiorentino, take state road 71 and turn right in the direction to Cortona. Drive along for about 1 km and turn left at the traffic light in the direction to Polvano or Città di Castello. After 2 km, turn left in front of the Romanesque church and then turn immediately right and keep driving for 6 km on the main road. When the road starts to go up, you will find a big sign showing Agriturismo Santo Stefano at the third headpin turn. So turn left and keep going up for about 200 m.
By train
The closest train station is Castiglion Fiorentino on the Milan-Bologna-Florence-Rome line. Fast trains and intercity trains stop at the train station in Arezzo, which is only 18 km away. The staff at the farmhouse can also arrange for shuttle services from and to the train stations.
By plane
The closest airports are Perugia Sant’Egidio (72 km), Florence Peretola (110 km), Pisa (170 km), Rome Ciampino (220 km) and Rome Fiumicino (235 km). It is possible to get the train from the airports or to rent a car to get to Agriturismo Santo Stefano. The staff at the farmhouse can also arrange for shuttle services from and to the airports.
